Something went wrong with your shipment? Tell us what happened and attach the PDF report from your Kaptar single-use datalogger — it is the time-stamped, tamper-proof record of the trip. Claims are processed together with our claims partner Recoupex, cargo claim recovery specialists.

A signed letter of assignment is required by our claims partner before recovery can start — attach it now if you have it, or we will request it later. Max 3.5 MB per file, 20 MB combined.
